Aim of Yoga is self-realization which requires good psychosomatic health.But people are also suffering from various lifestyle problems.All over the world, people are looking in to yogic practices to prevent problems given by modern society.For thousands of years, Yoga has been adopted in life for a blissful and balanced life. ‘Meditation’ is a part and parcel of Yoga but commonly Yoga and Meditation are seen and practiced as separate fields.Yogic techniques are time tested formulas being used for thousands of years without any side effects, whereas we see many side effects in modern medical science.In our sessions we have used many of these time tested formulas so that people can live happy, healthy with balanced life.
Yoga Sa viyogah –Guru Gorakh .Yoga is that which removes sorrow and suffering.Yoga removes the viyoga (separation from the Self). Yoga Therapy is most sought in the modern world for the removal of various diseases among mankind.Yoga Therapy is not an ordinary therapy, but it is an intensive awakening and balancing of life. Yoga therapy is not treatment by touching, stretching, or pressing or pulling the physical body. Solely dealing with the physical body is termed as physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is a small part of Yoga therapy. Because as per Yogic science, we have five bodies including the physical body.Society at large is deeply suffering from stress, tension, anxiety, fear, anger, frustrations, pain,sufferings, sorrow, etc. There are assured treatments for these conditions in Yoga therapy.Healing, Happiness and Healthy long life is provided by Yoga Therapy.It is crucial that modern medical science has an approach in a specialized manner whereas Yoga Therapy believes in a wholistic approach.

Many studies have found that in the Nervous system, circulatory system,muscular system, digestive system, endocrine system, etc.Yoga brings a high level of health, balance and harmony among all.Modern lifestyle has bring many diseases like obesity,diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, cardiovascular, thyroid, and others. Yoga Therapy which starts from a balanced life style has answers to most of these diseases. Yoga Therapy can offer so much in prevention and cure of diseases, promotion of wellness and health. Modern medical science looks outward whereas Yoga looks both inward as well outward to shoot the troubles.
My first Yoga Therapy sessions were on my own self and then my parents.Of course i also give sessions for my students who are learning Classical dance forms of India .I must say the journey is so satisfying.It is even more satisfying when im the only reason behind some ones smile.Especially when it comes to my parents health ,i must say its working great for them.My both mother and father are having hypertension,diabetic etc.Within a month of therapy sessions i designed keeping all other complications they have in mind ,studying the clinical reports,the history ,i was able succeed from bringing down the abnormal range of diabetics 246 to 110 blood sugar range even after eaiting food.Their blood sugar range is back to normalcy now with just very simple techniques i have been giving them as part of yoga therapy sessions.This is first major success which made me take this decision of reaching out many people in need,in a natural process with a wholistic approach before experimenting our own self with modern medicine for invisible diseases especially.Then i started reaching out many with health problems and those successful outputs are more satisfying to take up as many as possible to reach out all the sectors of the society paid and free sessions to share the joy of living ,happy and healthy !Looking forward to sharing more and more successful and unsuccessful stories (if any )as we proceed further in our journey of YOGA CHIKITSAK officially launching this SivaRatri taking Patients accross the globe.
